The Global Resilience Project is a community where you can share and read stories of resilience to help you overcome life’s most difficult challenges.

The Global Resilience Project is collecting stories of resilience from around the world. These stories will be shared on social media, our website and will be published in a book.

It can be cathartic and healing to share. It can be inspiring and motivational to listen and learn about other people’s journeys.

Everyone deserves to tell their story and that is why we exist.

The book is a collection of stories of resilience to help you overcome life’s more difficult challenges.
